Antiques and Artillery Review
Antiques and Artillery Review

Now I am pretty certain you guys have never heard of this company before because their name is just so outlandish compared to the actual items they offer. I was online looking for some old military surplus guns, and while I was searching, I came across this company named Antiques and Artillery. It didn’t take me too long to figure out that nothing about the items on their website was antique, because everything was cerakote AR parts. I actually ended up buying something from there so here is my review on my experience with them.

Antiques and Artillery has basically every part for an AR platform firearm in some kind of cerakote finish. Now I love gold things, or gold looking things. So I kinda had to stop my milsurp searching for some “antique.” I ended up buying one of their rifle uppers for 360 plus shipping. It was a gold upper, handguard, dust cover and forward assist. Everything else was black, and very good in terms of quality. I disassembled and reassembled it when it came in to ensure there were no problems with the gas, so I can’t tell you if there are any problems with it out of the box. It was kind of a stupid move on my part to because they charge $30 for assembly.

What I do know is that it shoots good and looks good doing it. That’s why I have to give Antiques and Arms a recommendation. They have cerakote parts for any piece you want on your AR build from triggers to stocks. I think that is pretty cool, but good luck finding them.
